Springy spring... need some spring in these worn out tennies.  Getting all geared up for this wedding season.. our first of the season is already this week, with a big fat ramp up through April and May until we hit June full force.  Looking forward to all the new color schemes and even, believe it or not, a few new (to me) venues.

Hydrangea special at the shop this week in blue and white for $4 and even a few pink for $6.  Come in today before they are gone... gone... gone.

Here is one of the only pictures of our Valentine's day flowers.  Kinda sad, considering all the amazing stuff we made and sent out into the world.

Considering wine right now and maybe a movie... do I have your permission?  Price of admission is twelve centerpieces completed.  I know I can do it.

Dailies

Who says winter flowers aren't any fun.  This was a particularly great one!  Looking at is makes me feel more optimistic than a minute ago while filing taxes and paying bills... ugh!  Bridal show was yesterday and the tables there were just amazing.. pics up shortly, I promise.  Wishing you all the happiest of thoughts and uplifting goals for this gloom that we're all dealing with in the mid-west.  Coffee helps too.

More Goodness from Eric Rudd

Eric recently gave us a call for an arrangement.  Being the stand up kinda guy he is, he took some amazing pics (as per usual) and even blogged about it.  Check it out...

Non weddingy stuff

I realize it's been a while since I've posted any centerpiece pictures.  Here are some to wet the pallet.  Don't forget to call soon to place your order for your holiday party.  That fluffy white stuff outside is gettin' me in the mood.  Ah yeah... don't forget about ordering a wreath while supplies last.  They are pretty darn fab if I do say so myself (pics to follow shortly).

4 year anniversary

So, I know I don't do a stellar job at posting about my dailies.  Here's a great one.  Hubby came in wanted four flowers for a four year anniversary, "flowers that are super special".  No problem.. how 'bout some lady slipper orchids.  Done and Done.

Inspired

This morning I'm feeling inspired.  I love reading blogs in the morning to get all pumped up for the day.  With this type of job you have to work a bit to stay fresh and keep things interesting (and seriously, who couldn't stand to be a little more "fresh and interesting").  A few of my favs right now include Miss Pickering, Saipua, Housemartin, and Little Pheasant.  Also, Katie (Peppertree florist extraordinaire) now has her own blog called Botaniche.  Go ahead... get inspired.  It's the best way to live.
