Smokebush (my seasonal fav) and burgundy to orange roses. Love this!! The centerpieces were low silver dishes with a 9" pillar candle in the center surrounded by seasonal greens and gourds. Totally different and totally cool. The alter pieces were simply one GIANT mum on either side of a rustic fireplace. How fun!

My Babies
I thought I'd do a quick post to show everyone what I do when I'm not in the shop. These are my babies... Claire is my daughter who will be 4 next month and Sammy will be 2 in January. They are just the coolest and it's without a doubt the best part of my day hanging out with them. Here's a couple pictures of Claire learning to ride her bike and Sammy relishing an opportunity to be pushed around on his trike and a couple of them just being goofy.
Dailies
I've been so busy with weddings I haven't had a chance to show off the daily deliveries I've doing, (and haven't been taking picture of them either). It's so much fun to have creativity with different designs and occasions every day. I'm so used to weddings and doing the same centerpiece all day long!! These are just a couple arrangements I've done this week. Two dozen roses done the Peppertree way and a fall bouquet for a fall festival here in Bloomington. I just love the autumn.

Orchids and Callas AGAIN
It never gets old doing calla lilies and orchids. Here are pictures from two of the weddings from this past weekend. I still have a hard time disciplining myself enough to take pictures of everything.
Both weddings chose tall glass vessels with simple single variety arrangements. This tends to cut down on cost and create a very elegant look.
I particularly loved the red bridal of mokara orchids, red mini calla lilies, red hypericum berry and magnolia leaves.

Nice words from Alli
Hey Andrea!
I know it has been forever, but I just wanted to send you a note and let you know how happy we were with the flowers you did at our wedding. They were nothing short of spectacular! I was never worried once about them, and I was right to feel so confident in your work: you did an outstanding job. I got so many compliments on the flowers, and they were definitely one of my favorite parts of our wedding. I was actually sad to leave them when we left for the honeymoon!

Hawiian ORCHIDS
With the groom from Hawaii, tropicals were the focus with potted orchids on half the tables and a single cymbidium on the others. The ceremony site was accented with white dendrobiums all the way down the aisle with large tropical arrangements at the front and white lanterns hanging from the tree. The lantern hanging is not my favorite activity but it certainly sets a mood.
The bridal was full with white cymbidiums, white roses and white freesia accented subtly with beargrass. The bridesmaids bouquets were awesomely different. Orange protea, coral mini calla lilies, green cymbidiums and red hypericum berry.
It's all in the small details, this time a ti leaf charger under the cake. How cool!
